Danielle Berry

Partner

Dani attended the University of Georgia, where she earned a B.B.A. with honors in international business, before pursuing a J.D. from the UGA College of Law. She started her career as an attorney at a boutique firm in Suwanee, Georgia. There, among other duties, she represented businesses and individuals in civil

litigation, specifically in the areas of employment law, and general business litigation. Her work focused on all aspects of the employment relationship, including representing and advising companies on hiring and firing, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour issues, and leave requests.

Dani eventually moved on to Big Law where she quickly rose to the level of Partner. Dani practiced complex defense and employment litigation and ultimately took on the duties of administrative partner, overseeing associate training programs, summer associate programs and other responsibilities required to manage the Atlanta office. Dani has also spent time as Managing Attorney at Stanton Law, LLC where she was able to focus her time on managing its Atlanta office while also offering employment law consulting to Firm clients.

In addition to practicing law, Dani founded Wellworks Consulting in 2019 to provide legal and wellbeing consulting services to individuals and mindfully led organizations. In this capacity, she helps individuals thrive under stress and helps companies find solutions that maximize organizational and individual engagement and wellbeing. Wellworks routinely hosts Continuing Legal Education courses on stress reduction and mindful leadership.

Dani is an avid yoga and meditation practitioner who loves spending time outdoors with her two boys and labradoodle.
